Homeless

Homeless is a term used to describe people who have no place to live that they can call their own. It usually also implies people of limited financial resources or prospects. A number of homeless shelters are located across the United States, usually run by religious charities. Besides giving shelter, they often have programs for job placement that can help the homeless move back into society.
