Plane geometry

Plane geometry is a branch of mathematics dealing with geometry on a flat surface, typically called the Euclidean Plane. Any point on such a plane can be described using just two coordinates, referred to as the "horizontal" and "vertical" components. The point at coordinates (0,0) is called the origin.
