Tarryl Clark (born July 31, 1961 in Norfolk, Virginia) is the Majority Whip of the Minnesota State Senate and a candidate for the Democratic nomination for Congress in the Minnesota 6th congressional district. She has received the endorsements of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party, Senator Al Franken, and former Vice President Walter Mondale.
