Big government

Ronald Reagan advocated a position that the government was too big, and smaller government would serve the people better. This is the political stance of Libertarianism.

The current political administration of George W. Bush has invented a new political philosophy, big government conservatism, that has adopted the liberal concept that the government serves the people by being huge, and the government has grown more in the Bush administration than it has at any point in the previous 200 years.
