Daniel Webster (born April 27, 1949), a Republican is the United States Representative from Florida's 10th congressional district. Previously, from 2011 to 2013, he represented the 8th district, having defeated incumbent Democrat Alan Grayson in the 2010 midterm elections. Webster served in the Florida Senate from 1998 through 2008 and the Florida House of Representatives from 1980 through 1998.
Rep. Webster voted in late July 2020 to remove Civil War-era statues, joining 71 other House Republicans and all Democrats in doing so.[1] In May 2022, Webster vote for passing $40 billion to Ukraine war.[2] Dan Webster is challenged in 2022 primary from Laura Loomer.
