"male "protector" doesn't seem appropriate for this site"
If this assertion is true though (and it seems plausible enough) should it be suppressed? Perhaps a 'Citation needed' tag would be more appropriate? Sometimes we have to take the truth, distasteful though it may be, as we find it.
After all, the Old Testament is full of "male protectors" and worse... I'm sure you wouldn't suggest censoring that... even though some books (the Song of Solomon springs to mind here) are full of material that's a bit unsuitable for impressionable readers. Just a thought. --Jeremiah4-22 19:16, 6 April 2007 (EDT)
Howay, MountainDew. You're not doing good work if you pretend to schoolchildren that a scarlet woman is a saint.
