The image used on this page comes from a web site with a clear copyright notice: Copyright 1998-2009 Simon Ager.[1] I believe that when a Conservapedia editor wishes to use an image that has a clear copyright notice, it is appropriate to ask for permission (and then document that permission has been given on the image page). It may or may not be legally necessary, but it is, in my opinion, morally necessary. We should not take others' work without their permission, especially when their web site is their main source of income, as is the case with the site from which this image was taken.[2] I am going to remove the image, and insert a reference to the original site, so that the original creator of the image can get the web page hits from those who wish to view it. This will help him to continue to get advertising revenue, which will support his work in creating more information and images on obscure languages. --Hsmom 23:20, 20 February 2009 (EST)
