Jesse Dirkhising

Jesse (Yates) Dirkhising was a thirteen-year-old minor who was killed by two homosexual men, Davis Don Carpenter, then 38, and Joshua Macabe Brown, then 22[1], in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Jesse was bound and drugged, tortured, raped, and he died due to a combination of the drugs and the position in which he was tied down. The Washington Times was the only national media outlet to report the story at first. Their headlines claimed "Media tune out torture death of Arkansas boy."[2]
