Dr. Carl Wieland is the Managing Director of Creation Ministries International. Creation Ministries International initiated the Question evolution! campaign.

On August 22, 2011, a team of Creation Ministries International supporters announced they were going to spread the Question evolution! campaign via YouTube plus encouraged Christians and churches to launch pro-creation YouTube channels. In addition, Question evolution! campaign supporters provided resources on how to grow a YouTube channel.
