A pyramid is a polygon structure in which the base is surmounted by three or more triangular sides which meet at a common apex.

Geometry

The volume of a square-based pyramid:

V is the overall volume of a pyramid. B equals the area of the base, and h is the perpendicular height.[1][2][3]
