Conservapedia:Patrolled edits

On the recent changes page, there's an option to "hide patrolled edits". "Patrolled edits" are edits which have been reviewed by a Sysop and determined not to be vandalism.
This is part of a feature in MediaWiki software intended to support wikis which allow anonymous edits.
When a Sysop views the recent changes pages, some edits are listed with a red exclamation mark:
# (diff) (hist) . . ! Capitalism; 23:50 . . (+176) . . Hektor (Talk | contribs | block)
The exclamation point indicates that the edit has not been reviewed by a Sysop. When a Sysop has reviewed the edit and determine it isn't vandalism, he or she clicks the 'patrolled' button, and the edit is marked as patrolled. It then shows up as:
# (diff) (hist) . . Capitalism; 23:50 . . (+176) . . Hektor (Talk | contribs | block)
