Douglas H. Ginsburg

Douglas H. Ginsburg is a Senior Judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, in Washington, D.C. He served as an active judge there from 1986 to 2011, including presiding as its Chief Judge from 2001 to 2008.
In 1987, Ginsburg was nominated by President Ronald Reagan for the U.S. Supreme Court.
