Fadi Yousef Kablawi

Fadi Yousef Kablawi (Qablawi) Abu Ubeidah is a dangerous Islamist bigot influencer, Imam, hate preacher.

He is an Arab Musim, born in Amman, Jordan, in 1978. In 1995, at the age of 17, he moved to the US with his family. After high school, he attended Florida International University (FIU), where he was President of the school’s Muslim Students Association (MSA).

Later, he attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his doctoral degree in dental medicine and founded an MSA for Muslim dental students.

Kablawi opened a dental practice with his wife, and in August 2017, was arrested for allegedly using his business to commit Medicaid fraud, targeting elderly patients with heavily inflated invoices.

However, the fraud was the least of concerns for law enforcement, as the FBI has deemed Kablawi to be a member of ISIS and has questioned his congregants about him. Kablawi claimed the FBI’s investigation of him is merely about the controversial nature of his sermons. Kablawi told (at least) one publication, “It’s all about my rhetoric, my speech. They feel that I have influence.”

Imam Kablawi has been accused of brainwashing his congregant follower Salman Rashid, who was imprisoned for threatening the lives of two college deans, to commit terrorist acts.

He is the founder of North Miami Islamic Center (NMIC), also known as Masjid As-Sunnah An-Nabawiyya center in Miami, Florida. The NMIC includes a Masjid (Another term for mosque) and a children’s school, The Reviver Academy. The Sharia adherent center was first incorporated by Dr. Kablawi in September 2010.

• He was the Editor in Chief of Ghurabaa Islamic magazine. In 2010, he published the antisemitic commentary of Muhammad al-Ameen ash-Shanqeetee. The article slandered Jews along with Christians.

• This preacher of hate, is also a dentist who in 2017 faced fraud charges for double-billing patients. He "targeted elderly patients with Medicaid by telling them their procedure would have to be paid out-of-pocket, despite knowing that Medicaid would actually cover the work, according to the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit under the Office of Attorney General in Florida."

• In November 2019, Salman Rashid, who is affiliated with the North Miami Islamic Center, was arrested for plotting an ISIS attack against the deans of Broward College and Miami Dade College.

• In June 2020, in a speech at his mosque, the North Miami Islamic Center, he said: "Christianity Is responsible for the looting in America."

• In March 2021, he slammed Arab nations --Abraham Accords-- normalization with so called ‘descendants of pigs and apes.' Using that jihadi literal reference used to Christians and Jews.

• In August, 2021, in a speech at his mosque, the North Miami Islamic Center, Masjid As Sunnah An Nabawiyyah, Kablawi made the fantasy claim that the reason Allah has not put an end to America is due to him and his fellow Muslims occupying the US. Stating, "I’m a true believer in the fact that Allah has not destroyed this country yet, because we Muslims live in it."

• In September 2021, he spoke of his hatred for those who are not Muslim, specifically Christians. He stated, “[T]he people are [from] two groups, kuffar or Muslims, believers or disbelievers… I decided to love the believers and hate the non-believers, very simple… If I love Allah more than anything, then… what that love necessitates [is] that I will love what Allah loves, and I will hate what Allah hates… When I go outside to make dawah (outreach), I’m not going [up] to a Christian to tell him ‘I hate you’… but that does not deny the fact I do… I don’t hate him because his head is big or he’s skinny or fat or his skin color, but I still hate him as a being.”

• In November 4, 2022 sermon at the Islamic Center of South Florida, he expressed criticism of the backlash that NBA player Kyrie Irving has been facing after tweeting a link to a book containing Holocaust denial and antisemitic conspiracy theories. He preached: "Why [has Allah] humiliated us by the most humiliated people ever to live?"

Kablawi’s congregation includes children. On the same video of him talking about Allah potentially destroying America and destroying gays and how women should be blamed for rapes committed against them, one sees a number of young kids praying with the adults and running around the floor.
