Fawzia Amin Seido
A Yazidi woman who was kidnapped by ISIS while she was a child, sold to Islamic Palestinian Hamas, and was released from Gaza by the IDF.[1][2]
Fawzia Amin Seido / Sido (Kurdish: Fewziya Emîn Seydo فەوزییە ئەمین سیدۆ Arabic: فوزية أمين سيدو b. 1999 or 2003) is a Yazidi woman from northern Iraq who was kidnapped by the Islamic State (ISIS) as an 11-year-old girl during the 2014 Yazidi genocide.[3][4] She was held a captive slave for a decade and subjected to continuous physical and sexual abuse.
Sido was forcibly "married" to an Arab Palestinian ISIS terrorist in Syria, who sexually and physically abused her, and as a result she had two children at a very young age. After his death in 2020, she was lured to join his family in Gaza, where she suffered abuse from them.
A Jewish activist who has been advocating to free Yazidis, was on the case for some time who promised her to help her.[5]
In 2024 she successfully escaped from Gaza after her captor, a Palestinian member of ISIS and Hamas, was eliminated by the Zionists during Swords of Iron. She was transferred by the IDF[6] to Israel for food and medical treatment and then escorted to Jordan by US officials, eventually reuniting with her family in Sinjar, Iraq.
She said there was no difference between ISIS and Hamas.[7] The same cruel people.
She had endured starvation, abuse and rape. Forced to eat murdered babies by the ISIS.[8][9][10][11]
She said, that after October 7, “All the hospitals were used as Hamas bases. There were weapons everywhere.” She added, "When I was in Israel and knew there was no more Hamas, I was so happy. I could breathe again."[12]
Her slavery ordeal "illustrates the connections between ISIS, Hamas and other jihadists."
