The Graham-Blumenthal Act (S.1241) is a piece of legislation introduced into the 119th Congress by RINO warmonger Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Democrat stolen valor Sen. Danang Dick Blumenthal (D-CT). The bill proposes to make law anti-free market capitalist secondary sanctions of 500% on nations who engage in their right of making the free market choice to purchase Russian oil.
