Lucretia Coffin Mott

Lucretia Coffin Mott (January 3, 1793 – November 11, 1880), a Philadelphia Quaker leader, was one of society's most famous speakers. Along with William Lloyd Garrison, she helped organize the National Anti-Slavery Society. Mott was a leader in the woman's movement, struggling for women's right to vote.
