National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra was a 2018 Supreme Court Case that ruled that California's FACT act was unconstitutional. The case involved forcing Christian groups to publish pro-abortion material against their first amendment rights.[1][2][3]
The case was argued by then-Attorney General Xavier Becerra.[4]
