Niilo Väinö Ilmari Paasivirta (born September 3, 1956) is a Finnish Internet parodist, pretending to be a Christian author, researcher and especially internet opinion leader. He is probably best known for his Oikeat Mielipiteet (roughly "Correct Opinions"), which pretends to be about Christian laws and how could they be obeyed in liberal and anti-Christian Finnish society, but is actually a parody of Christianity and conservatism.

In 1991/1992 he put his home page on the web. Since the beginning of 2008 he has also had a parody wiki called Niilopedia - The True Encyclopedia. Also, an English Niilopedia is under construction.
