Sophie's Choice is a disturbing dramatic film set in post-war Brooklyn, about a Polish woman (played by Meryl Streep), her crazy boyfriend (Kevin Kline), and the new boarder they befriend.
The film contains flashbacks to Sophie's entanglement in the Holocaust.
