This article is problematic on many levels. The title assumes that the murders were somehow motivated by celebrating the anniversary of 9/11. All evidence suggest that it was a drug deal gone bad. The event may have occured on 9/12, and the exact time is uncertain.

What does "boxing partner" mean? Do you mean "someone he had met in an MMA gym"?

It is important to draft articles about crimes with care. Words such as "alleged" or "The media reports that" should be used rather than CP taking responsibility for asserting the truth of a claim. In general, CP's legal team should review such articles with care. I suggest that CP organize a team of volunteer lawyers to review all articles that attribute criminal behavior to named individuals.

Why should this be a separate article? If Andy's theory is correct, it would be an integral part of the criminal conspiracy of the Boston Marathon Bombings, so treating it as a separate event is not useful.

From a Constitutional rights perspective, readers should be troubled that an unarmed man (who may have been the only remaining witness) was shot by FBI agents during questioning. The FBI is conducting an internal review of that shooting. Thanks, Wschact 03:44, 31 May 2013 (EDT)
