Mythology and polytheism are considered the same by materialists and atheists. I'm sure there's a difference, even if I can't explain it off the top of my head - just as I know there's a difference between ethics and morality. --Ed Poor Talk 08:14, 4 April 2008 (EDT)

We need to distinguish between mythology, folklore, legend and religion. Anyone coming into this project to blur these distinctions, with the aim of implying that all religion is equally futile and nonsensical is unwelcome here.
