Talk:Peloponnesian War

Much of what is discussed here is the Second Pelopennesian War. The First Peloponnesian War took place from 460 to 445 B.C. At some point we should probably differentiate this. Learn together 14:49, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

All of what is discussed here is the Second Peloponnesian War. However, most records (ancient and contemporary) drop "Second". Perhaps a line at the top of this article could say For the 460BC-445BC war, see First Peloponnesian War. --Ħøĵímαζĥŏήğ^θαλκ 14:51, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

I see there are still references from major sites on Google. Of the three sources I have at home, one uses it, one calls it the Great Peloponnesian War, and the third doesn't use it. At the very least I'd say we should have a redirect and some kind of reference for people who still know and use the term. Learn together 15:06, 10 August 2007 (EDT)
