Vladimir Morkovin

Vladimir Borisovich Morkovin was an aeronautical engineer at the Bell Aircraft plant at Niagra Falls who provided technical information to Andrey Shevchenko, a KGB Officer operating as an inspector at Bell. during World War II.

Morkovin's cover name as identified in the Venona project by NSA/FBI analysts is "Author".
