Njalsson grew up in [[North America]] and northern [[Europe]] leaving home at the age of 15 years. Having lived in countries such as [[Iceland]], the [[United States]], [[Canada]], [[Norway]], [[Mexico]] and [[Finland]], he was

Njalsson began his university career in the [[United States]] at the age of seventeen and studied at universities such as the [[University of Texas at El Paso]] and [[Texas Tech University]], originally majoring in [[Computer Science]] and [[Psychology]]. He would later complete his [[Bachelors]], [[Masters]] and [[Doctorate]] degrees in [[Finland]], having also studied Science and Technology Management in [[Argentina]] at the National University of Quilmes.<ref>Who's Who in Computational Science and Engineering. == Political Career ==

Gunnar K. A. Njalsson founded [[Spacepol|SPACEPOL]] in 1998 as a spinoff project at the [[University of Helsinki]] and to unite researchers in Space Law and Public Technology Policy.
