==History and League Title Success==
The Broncos were one of the AFL's charter franchises in 1960, and among AFC West teams is the only franchise to remain in the city where it began.

The team has been to eight [[Super Bowl]]s (tied for second-most among all teams), losing five (tied with the [[New England Patriots]] for most losses by a team) and winning three: two years in a row in 1997 and 1998 (the final two years of [[John Elway]]'s tenure as quarterback, and again in 2015 ([[Peyton Manning]]'s final season, though that game was won on the strength of game MVP [[Von Miller]]).
