'''Ohio Issue 2 (2022)''' is a ballot initiative that would make Ohio the 6th state to ban voting by [[illegal aliens]] in non-federal elections.  Federal elections are already limited to [[United States]] citizens by federal law.

The other 5 states with constitutional bans on voting by [[illegal aliens]] are Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, and North Dakota.

[[New York City]], [[San Francisco]], and some cities in [[Maryland]] and [[Vermont]] allow illegal aliens to vote in non-federal elections.
