Susan Lagana served as [[North Carolina]]’s Communications Director for the [[2008 Obama/Biden campaign]] and then as Director of Communications for the [[U.S. Navy]], an attorney a the [[Office of Personnel Management]], and the Director of Public Affairs at the Department of Transporation.  Less than a year after leaving the Obama/Biden administration signed Hikvision, a state-owned company of the Peoples Republic of China (PRC), to a $25,000 per month retainer for her lobbying firm.  Hikvision has been identified by the U.S. Department of Defense as a proxy of the Peoples Liberation Army, and “linked to [[Uyghur]] abuses,” according to ''[[Reuters]]'', which describes the company as the “world’s largest purveyor of video surveillance systems and vendor to Xinjiang police agencies.”<ref>https://www.reuters.com/article/us-britain-tech-china-idUSKBN2AI0QJ</ref>   as a lobbying client in 2019. Ciaramella worked with [[Democratic National Committee]] operative [[Alexandra Chalupa]] to dig up dirt on the [[2016 Trump campaign|Trump campaign]] during the [[2016 presidential election]].  Ciarmella invited Chalupa into the [[Obama]] White House for meetings.<ref>https://archive.usukraine.org/coalition/report-wh-press-conf-events.shtml</ref> Chalupa a key figure behind manufacturing the [[Russia collusion hoax]] and in the [[Ukrainian collusion scandal]] with the [[Atlantic Council]] and [[Crowdstrike]]. Ciaramella set the Trump [[impeachment inquiry]] in motion.

In May 2017, Ciaramella was instrumental in helping generate the “Putin fired Comey” [[narrative]].  A Ciaramella email the day after Comey's firing was leaked to the media, which is reported to have allegedly called Comey “crazy, a real nut job.”  Ciaramella is said to have argued that “[[President Putin]] suggested that President Trump fire Comey.”  In the days after Comey's firing, this presidential action was used to further political and media calls for the appointment of a special counsel to investigate supposed ‘Russia collusion.’ Ciaramella was dismissed from the Trump White House in June 2917 and accused of illegal [[leak]]s and working against the interests of the [[United States]] government.  Ciaramella returned to the [[CIA]].

In August 2019 The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG), [[Michael Atkinson]], referred to Ciaramella as one who has
:“some indicia of an arguable political bias … in favor of a rival political candidate" 
The ICIG was severely criticized for changing the rules at the last minute and allowing a third-party "[[whistleblower]]" [[hearsay]] complaint.

==Obama/Biden support Ukrainian coup==

Obama/Biden [[foreign policy]] shifted from the [[Russian Reset]] that made the [[Uranium One scandal]] possible and the greater "flexibility" Obama promised Russian [[President Dmitri Medvedev]] in 2012, to rabid [[Russophobia]].  The anti-Russian grip on American foreign policy reached a fever pitch in coming years in efforts to destroy [[President Donald Trump]] who sought to mend relations with Russia after the [[Ukrainian crisis]].<ref><small>:What the [[Democrat]]s tried to do today [20 March 2017 James Comey hearing] was criminalize everyone who works for better relations between the US and Russia. To be for peace between the nuclear powers is to be a Russian agent and to be put on a list. The Democrats insisted that Russia was an enemy out to get us, and the Democrats had no difficulty getting Comey and Rogers, both Obama appointees, to agree.

Comey and Rogers said that Russia was the main threat to the US, was working against our interests, and intends to harm us. Harming us includes opposing US hegemony and unilateralism. In other words, if the Russian government acts in the interests of Russia, the Russian government is harming the US. From the testimony it clearly emerged that any kind of opposition to anything Washington does is against American interests.

Both Comey and Rogers declared, falsely, that Russia had invaded Ukraine and seized Crimea by force. If Comey and Rogers are so poorly informed that they believe this, they are unfit for office. Crimea has been a part of Russia for 300 years. The population is almost entirely Russian. When the Soviet Union collapsed and Washington broke it apart, the Ukraine became independent for the first time in history. Crimea, which had been transferred by Khrushchev in 1954 from the Russian Soviet Socialist Republic to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, was included in the transfer on the condition that Russia had a long term lease on the naval base in Crimea.

When Washington’s regime change overthrew the democratically elected government in Ukraine, the Russian populations in Crimea, and in the new republics of Luhansk and Donetsk, were attacked and threatened by the neo-nazi elements in eastern Ukraine that had fought for Hitler against the Soviet Union.{{fact}} The populations of these areas voted overwhelmingly to reunite with Russia, from whence they had come. The votes were fair and open. As Crimea is the Russian Navy’s Black Sea base, Crimea was already occupied by Russian forces. On February 22, 2019 Ukrainian [[President Viktor Yanukovych]], who was elected to office, was ousted in the U.S. backed [[coup]]. The Obama/Biden-backed regime was removed in 2019 when popular [[President Volodoymr Zelensky]] was elected in an overwhelming landslide.

On February 6, 2014 Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland met with Oleh Tyahnybok and other ringleaders who assumed power after the revolution.<ref>http://in.reuters.com/article/ukraine-call-idINDEEA1704520140208</ref> Tyahnybok leads the [[Svoboda]] party. Tyahnybok in 2004 was kicked out of the ruling parliamentary faction after giving a speech calling for a fight against the "[[Muscovite-Jewish mafia]]."  In 2005 Tyahnbok  signed an open letter to Ukrainian leaders calling for the government to halt the "criminal activities" of "organised Jewry", which was spreading its influence through organisations such as the [[Anti-Defamation League]] which ultimately wanted to commit "[[genocide]]" against the Ukrainian people.<ref>https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-20824693</ref>  Emails were leaked detailing a meeting arranged between [[George Soros]] and Tyahnbok. In the call, Nuland and Pyatt discussed the ouster of Ukrainian President [[Viktor Yanukovych]] and the installation of opposition leader [[Arseniy Yatsenyuk]] as prime minister. Nuland favored opposition leader Yatsenyuk over his main rivals Vitali Klitschko and Oleh Tyahnybok.<ref>In televiserd speech in 2004, Tyahnybok made comments such as, "[You are the ones] that the [[Moscow]]-[[Jewish]] [[mafia]] ruling Ukraine fears most" and "They were not afraid and we should not be afraid. They took their automatic guns on their necks and went into the woods, and fought against the Muscovites, Germans, Jews and other scum who wanted to take away our Ukrainian state." In April 2005, Tyahnybok co-signed an open letter to President Viktor Yushchenko calling for a parliamentary investigation into the "criminal activities of organized Jewry in Ukraine.</ref>

Nuland told Pyatt, “I think Yats is the guy who’s got the economic experience, the governing experience. He’s the… what he needs is Klitsch and Tyahnybok on the outside.”

Towards the end of the conversation, then-Vice President Joe Biden was discussed as being willing to help cement the changeover in Ukraine:

Nuland and Pyatt met with Ukrainian opposition leaders Tyahnybok, Klitschko and Yatsenyuk along with then-president Yanukovych just days later on Feb. 7, 2014. Events moved swiftly. On Feb. 22, 2014, Yanukovych was removed as President of Ukraine and fled to Russia. On Feb. 27, 2014, Yatsenyuk, the candidate favored by Nuland, was installed as Prime Minister. Tyahnybok and his [[Svoboda]] party were brought into the new government, [[Klitschko]] was left out. Svoboda is considered a [[fascist]] organization.

A few months later on April 18, 2014, Hunter Biden was appointed to the Board of Directors for Burisma–one of the largest natural gas companies in Ukraine. Four days later, on April 22, 2014, Vice President Biden traveled to Ukraine, offering his political support and $50 million in aid for Yatsenyuk's shaky new government. Petro Poroshenko, a billionaire politician, was elected as president of Ukraine on May 25, 2014. Joe Biden became close to both men and helped Ukraine to obtain a four-year $17.5 billion IMF package in March 2015.

Sometime in the later half of 2014 [[Christopher Steele]] of Orbis International began providing informal reports to the State Department on the Ukraine. On November 28, 2015 the spokesman for the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs said there were no criminal investigations in which [[Dmytro Firtash]] was a suspect for his involvement with the Yuriy Lutsenko, who replaced Shokin as the prosecutor looking into Burisma, said the evidence in the Burisma case he'd like to present to [[William Barr]], particularly the vice president's intervention.

Between April 2014 and October 2015, more than $3 million was paid out by Burisma to an account linked to Biden's and [[Devon Archer]]'s Rosemont Seneca firm, according to the financial records placed in a federal court file in Manhattan in another case against Archer. Carlo Slim, Velasco and Magnani held a private ‘meeting’ with Joe Biden, Hunter and Cooper.  Photos on Hunter’s laptop dated November 19, 2015 show the six men smiling and hugging in the meeting in Joe Biden’s vice presidential residence at Number One Observatory Circle, Washington DC. Emails also show the billionaires met with Joe at the White House. 

Hunter sent Devon Archer a ''Forbes'' article titled ‘How Oil Reforms Could Trigger Mexico’s Biggest Economic Boom In A Century’.  By the end of the year, their efforts were ramping up. Cooper wrote to Hunter and Archer in December 2014: ‘I met with Miguel [Magnani] last night. He has set up mtgs with the Secty of Energy and the CEO of Pemex for Jan 12 [2015]. Is there any chance that anyone from Burisma could attend?’

All players on the Chinese side of the partnership are linked with influence and intelligence organizations. China uses very innocuous sounding organization names to mask [[PLA]], United Front, or the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs influence/intelligence operations. Hunter was the target of an operation to compromise him and his father. 

The operational mastermind behind the efforts to compromise the Biden family is a man named [[Yang Jiechi]]. He is currently the CCP Director of Foreign Affairs leading strategist on [[America]], a [[Politburo]] member, one of the most powerful men in China, and [[Xi Jinping]] confidant. As Chinese ambassador to the United States when Biden chaired the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, he met regularly with Senator Biden. Yang Jiechi is the point person in China for dealing with the United States. Among the companies listed on archived versions of the firm’s portfolio is Metabiota, a [[San Francisco]]-based company that purports to detect, track, and analyze emerging infectious diseases, according to ''The National Pulse''.<ref>https://thenationalpulse.com/exclusive/hunter-biden-invested-in-ecohealth-wuhan-partner/</ref>  Financial reports reveal that RSTP led the company’s first round of funding, which amounted to $30 million. Since 2014, Metabiota has been a partner of EcoHealth Alliance as part of the [[U.S. Agency for International Development]]’s (USAID) “PREDICT” project, which seeks to “predict and prevent global emerging disease threats.”  As part of this effort, researchers from Metabiota, EcoHealth Alliance, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology collaborated on a study relating to bat infectious diseases in China. “Sensitive and broadly reactive RT-PCR assays were performed at Wuhan Institute of Virology, Chinese Academy of Sciences,” the paper notes.

Among the researchers listed is [[Shi Zhengli]], the Wuhan lab director. The disgraced [[Peter Daszak]] is also listed as an author.

Beyond the ties to EcoHealth Alliance, Metabiota has also been embroiled in controversy for “bungling” America’s response to Ebola.

On September 15, 2015 [[Bohai Harvest Rosemont]] and AVIC Auto acquired Michigan-based Henniges Automotive with a 49% share and 51% share respectively, according to a press release.  Henniges specializes in anti-vibration technology with military applications. AVIC Auto, which is described in the press release as BHR’s joint venture partner, is a subsidiary of AVIC.  AVIC (Aviation Industry Corporation of China 中国航空工业集团公司) is a Chinese state-owned aerospace and defense conglomerate with nearly a half million employees across all its different divisions involved in everything from military aircraft to robotics.  AVIC specializes in the manufacture of stealth fighter jets for the [[Chinese military]].  AVIC in one form or another has regularly appeared on the US entity list over the years and alleged [[espionage]] activities against the US military. 

AVIC is overseen by the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council of China, the manager of all state-owned enterprises. The BHR-AVIC agreement, which was awarded AVIC a Controlling Shares in Henniges, required approval from the [[Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States]] (CFIUS), a committee of Cabinet-level agencies within the U.S. government including the [[State Department]] and the [[Department of Defense]].  The [[Obama administration]] authorized the transaction, which resulted in a [[Senate]] investigation that discovered evidence of financial breaches by [[Hunter Biden]] and his uncle [[James Biden]]. Hunter Biden’s connections and financial associations appear to have accelerated significantly after he associated himself with Ye Jianming, who had deep connections with the Communist regime and [[PLA]].  However, that didn’t seem to have any impact on Hunter Biden, who made millions from the relationship. Indeed, Hunter Biden and his family, to include James and Sara Biden, associated with other Chinese nationals such as [[Gongwen Dong]]. Khairkhwa assured the Biden junta that the Taliban would not retaliate against Afghans who worked with the US military or the US-backed government in Kabul. At the conclusion of the briefing, Obama asked Sally Yates and James Comey to remain. Together with Susan Rice, is where the “by the book” CYA comment comes into play. The 90-day surveillance period under the FISA warrant had just a bit over two weeks left to run — it was set to expire just as Trump was to take office. (Reporting suggests that there may also have been a FISA warrant on Paul Manafort around this time.) The Obama administration was confronting a deadline if the FISA warrant was to be renewed while Obama was still in power. The officials in the meeting needed to figure out how the investigation could continue despite the fact that its central focus, Trump, was about to be sworn in as president. Rice's “by the book” bunkum is transparent: Obama officials claimed to adhere to a book that forbade consultations between political leaders and investigators. But here they were consulting. NSA Dir. Adm. One of the scenarios was a “clear Trump win.” That is, the Democrats are not talking about making an uproar if there’s a repeat of the 2000 election when one state (Florida) had a narrow victory for [[George W. Another example of the effect Obama and Biden had on the military was the cross-dressing exercises at Arizona State’s Army ROTC during the Obama-Biden years:

The point of this whole post is to get you very worried about what has happened to the American military since 2008. Obama and Biden had eight years to change it into an organization that, at the top, wants to continue to fight wars to keep their careers going — something Trump’s extraordinary [[diplomatic]] skills are ruining — and, at the bottom, has young people who have been marinated in [[identity politics]], [[LGBTQ]] theory, and [[critical race theory]]. Biden has one of the worst records of politicians being insulting to American soldiers.
