I'm just wandering through, mostly here for the sheer difference of this community compared to any other I contribute to on these hallowed internets.

I'm not sure yet as to whether this site amuses, intrigues, informs or terrifies me. Either way this has given me a valuable insight to the inner workings of the devout Christian mind.

I'm neither liberal nor conservative, my personal politics are rather unusual, convoluted and ever-changing. As a result I am neither a Democrat nor Republican, neither Tory nor Labour.

I do believe in each side of every argument being able to say anything they wish, be it horribly racist or sickeningly christian, however I also believe in their direct freedom to accept the immediate consequences of whatever rubbish they spout

I'm not religious, as I can't see the sense behind it, but also neither hotly atheist or agnostic; religion, or lack thereof, just doesn't matter that much to me.

I have religious catholic friends, lapsed Hindu friends, apathetic agnostic friends, vociferous jehova's witness friends and every type inbetween, I find all their behaviours equally disturbing and fascinating.

I hope one day to be a writer but until then I will continue finishing my physics degree. I know the two don't match very well but that's what happens when you decide to study what you're good at instead of what you love.

I do feel that this site has recieved alot of bad publicity. While some of this may seem merited to the internet at large, I believe that the world would be a poorer place if this site collapsed under all the negative pressure.
