Agree, accepted ''without question'' is just wrong

In "The Apostle John is accepted without question as the author of the Fourth Gospel.", who does the accepting?  It isn't "everybody" as even the most cursory search will show; see for instance [http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/john.html|this] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gospel_according_to_John#Authorship|this].  Even if the Apostle John is the author, there are people who don't accept that and/or question it. --[[User:Jtl|Jtl]] 05:11, 12 April 2007 (EDT)
