In "The Apostle John is accepted without question as the author of the Fourth Gospel.", who does the accepting?  It isn't "everybody" as even the most cursory search will show; see for instance [http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/john.html|this] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gospel_according_to_John#Authorship|this].  Even if the Apostle John is the author, there are people who don't accept that and/or question it. --[[User:Jtl|Jtl]] 05:11, 12 April 2007 (EDT)

It isn't "everybody" as even the most cursory search will show; see for instance [1] and [2]. Even if the Apostle John is the author, there are people who don't accept that and/or question it. --Jtl 05:11, 12 April 2007 (EDT)
