Ed Royce (b. October 12, 1951) is the United States Representative for the 39th congressional district of California. He is a member of the Republican Party. From 2003 to 2013, he represented California's 40th district, and the 39th district from 1993 to 2003. Prior to that, Royce served in the California State Senate.
