'''Roger Ebert'''(June 18, 1942 – April 4, 2013)  was a movie [[critic]]. He started out as a film critic in the 70's for the Chicago Sun Times and became the first Film Critic to win a Pulitzer Prize for Criticism in 1975.  He later ventured into television film reviews with Gene Siskel. After Siskel's death in 1999 he reviewed movies with Richard Roeper. Through out the 2000's he battled cancer, which later in the decade left him unable to speak and disabled. He died in 2013, his last review being Stephanie Meyer's "The Host." His reviews came from a [[liberal]] point of view.<ref>http://newsbusters.org/blogs/ken-shepherd/2008/09/11/roger-ebert-save-republic-palin</ref>
