:::This is the best thing to come along about this topic/problem/issue which I've seen since I got here. Regardless of whether or not this policy proposal gets elevated to a guideline, it's an excellent effort. It's also a creative masterwork of compromise and negotiation and balance. It's what *I* wish I had come up with, but I am frankly not a good enough writer to do it.
