The Secretary of Labor is the person in charge of the Department of Labor, in the United States of America.
The first Secretary of Labor was not Frances Perkins, a woman, but many other women have held the position, including Elizabeth Dole and Elaine Chow.
The current Secretary of Labor is Hilda Solis.
