The concept of a place where "people can be sure no one has a gun" has always been [[left wing]] "[[unicorn]] [[utopia]]" [[pollyanna]] [[fantasy]], for the simple reason that [[criminal]]s by their nature ''never'' follow laws. The [[United States]], [[Europe]] and most recently [[liberal]] [[Paris]] at [[Charlie Hebdo]]'s offices have seen a number of [[mass murder]]s and [[Muslim]] [[jihad]] [[terrorist]] attacks occurring in such zones.

"Free fire zones" are where criminals, [[gang]]s, [[War of Drugs|drug dealer]]s, [[mafia]], [[murderer]]s, [[mass murderer]]s, and [[terrorist]]s are free to fire at will on defenseless [[gun control|disarmed]] conservatives and [[pollyanna|never armed]] liberals.
