- The enemy of Big Brother is Emmanuel Goldstein who is said to lead The Brotherhood that has been labeled as the enemy of the party. May not even exist for only the reason to give members of The Party someone to hate and fear. These may have been a tongue in cheek referral to Christianity and Judaism. The analogy is almost unmistakable to how Christians and religious Judasim is treated as the enemy in secular Humanist culture.--Roopilots6 17:26, 16 April 2007 (EDT)
