Move to Reconciliation and Penance

This is the proper name of the sacrament; cf. Catechism of the Catholic Church Part 2, sec. 2, ch. 2, art. 4; notice that "Reconciliation and Penance" is given as a name multiple times, and "Reconciliation" and "Penance" are the only names of the several given that are ever capitalized. There's nothing at Reconciliation and Penance, so there would be no conflict with another article. It would also leave this page open for discussion of other uses of the term "confession" (psychological aspects of making confessions in a non-sacramental setting, perhaps).
