Cardinal Timothy Dolan is the current Archbishop of New York. He became the head of the Archdiocese in 2009 after previously serving as the Archbishop of Milwaukee. Saturday February 18, 2012, Dolan and 22 others were made Cardinal by Pope Benedict. He will be responsible for choosing the Pope's successor.
