Forrest Griffin is a mixed martial artist currently fighting in the UFC's light heavyweight division. A veteran of The Ultimate Fighter 1, he defeated Stephan Bonnar to become the champion of that season. He is the former champion of the division, which just happens to be the undisputed toughest division in the UFC.
