Bob Hope (May 29, 1903 – July 27, 2003) was an American entertainer. He worked in film, television, on Broadway and as a comedian, dominating show business in the twentieth century. Hope was also an American patriot: he toured with the USO hundreds of times, entertaining the troops, boosting their morale and saluting their efforts.
