Mexican Spanish is the form of modern Spanish spoken in Mexico. The difference between Spanish spoken in Spain and Mexican Spanish is comparable to the difference between British English and American English. Both the accent/pronunciation and the vocabulary are different, although Spaniards and Mexicans can understand one another with little difficulty.
