The Conservative Case for Trump is a 2016 book by conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly, a movement conservative best known for helping to defeat the Equal Rights Amendment in the 1970s. The book was published midway between the nomination of billionaire Donald Trump for President of the United States, and explains in detail Schlafly's rationale for branding Trump as a serious conservative and (in her opinion) a better president than Hillary Clinton.
In its first week, it became a top 400 best seller at Amazon Books.[1] The book, which capped the Schlafly's career, was published by Regnery Publishing, ISBN 978-1621576280.
