The consensus is that Castro died on November 25, 2016. Numerous sources confirm this. He's been seen after his 2006 surgery numerous times. While obviously some inconsistencies surround him, I believe that we should fix the article so that we reflect the overwhelming consensus. Maybe a new page could be made addressing the theory that he died in 2006.
