A Christmas and Easter Catholic is a Roman Catholic who typically only attends Mass during Christmas and/or Easter, or other major events such as weddings and funerals, despite all Catholics having a "Sunday duty" to attend Mass every Sunday and holy day of obligation.
Other Christian sects have similar terms for those who attend worship services infrequently, often only for major events and holidays.
