If you have a source that said that President Trump called them "anti-police" please add it back. Assistant sysops, and I was one for a long time, do not have authority beyond blocking vandals. Even if I expect a greater standard of care in editing than perhaps you would use, I am not engaging in vandalism -- I am carefully copy-editing content against sources. :Misleading or inadequate edit summaries are a justification for blocking, whether the edits themselves are considered actual vandalism or not. In addition, any editor who repeatedly distracts productive editors should be blocked, and will be blocked.
