Please replace the current text with Essay: Joe Arpaio, a fiscal conservative's perspective. This essay version does not include material copied from Wikipedia, follows the traditional organization of biogrpahies, makes clear as does the prior version that the DOJ Civil Rights investigation was started under George W. Bush, not Obama, and make clear that in accepting the pardon, Arpaio admitted his guilt. It also includes an item about Arpaio's real estate investments.
