The Red Envelope Project was a 2009 Christian grassroots project consisting of flooding the mail with red letters, symbolizing the blood of Christ and the blood of abortion victims. Red envelopes were sent to the White House, in protest against President Obama's pro-abortion and embryonic stem cell research positions.
