Gospel for Asia (GFA) is a mission organization involved in evangelism and church planting in the unreached regions of Asia. Currently GFA supports over 16,500 church planters in the heart of the 10/40 Window. K.P. Yohannan is founder and president.
Unlike many other missions organizations, GFA purportedly sends 100 percent of the money donated for work on the mission field to the field; nothing is taken out for administrative expenses.[1]
However, GFA is currently involved in a lawsuit by former donors which claims that GFA has not fulfilled its pledge to send 100% of donations to the causes designated. The Federal District Court judge has certified two classes and appointed a Special Master to review accounting records (and sanctioned GFA for conduct by ordering it to pay for the Special Master).[2]
