Sexual relations between closely-related individuals are prohibited in the Old Testament in the Book of Leviticus: Leviticus 18:6-16[2] and Leviticus 20:19-22,[3] and in the Book of Deuteronomy: Deuteronomy 22:30[4] and Deuteronomy 27:20-23.[5]
