The introductory paragraphs make refense to Martin Luther being "severely mentally ill" towards the end of his life. I can find no reference to Luther being mentally ill besides suffering from intermittent bouts of depression throughout his life. I would like to delete the reference. Any feedback? This what is usually said about Hitler views on religion and evolution is mostly false. That he wasn't a Christian doesn't mean he was an atheist. He clearly belived in some kind of supernatural forces. And only a person who doesn't understand a thing about theory of evolution can  say that he was "a darwinist", when his actions clearly rejected basics of the theory (he probably had no idea about it just like the people saying that he was "a darwinist"). Not to complicate, let me just quote:
  −

  −
Where do we acquire the right to believe that man has not always been what he is now? The study of nature teaches us that, in the animal kingdom just as much as in the vegetable kingdom, variations have occurred. They've occurred within the species, but none of these variations has an importance comparable with that which separates man from the monkey—assuming that this transformation really took place.
  −
(Hitler's Table Talk)
  −

  −
The most marvelous proof of the superiority of Man, which puts man ahead of the animals, is the fact that he understands that there must be a Creator. (Hitler's Table Talk)
     −
The fox remains always a fox, the goose remains a goose, and the tiger will retain the character of a tiger. The only difference that can exist within the species must be in the various degrees of structural strength and active power, in the intelligence, efficiency, endurance, etc., with which the individual specimens are endowed. (Mein Kampf)

The first top 5 paragraphs should be reorganized into specific sections. It is usually a preferable format to have a single paragraph in an introduction, which leads into the menu, and then the rest of the page. :Actually, up to four paragraphs in a lede is acceptable for an article, especially one such as this. I do agree it could use some copy edit work. --JohnJustice (talk) 21:54, 19 September 2015 (EDT)

Not only he obviously didn't belive in evolution but also what he says about it strangely enough reminds of what modern anti-evolutionist say about it (about micro-evolution, "changes only within a kind" etc). Sorry folks, I dind't make it up. Hitler being atheist and evolutionist is a myth. W.J.M. 18:46, 4 July 2012 (EDT)

Hitler and drugs
Hitler didn't live that long after the 1944 assassination attempt. I doubt a 57 year old man could have recovered fully from tbe injuries he recieved to continue abusing drugs "long after". Besides, there is evidence and statements from aides Hitler recieve methamphetamine injuctions from a Dr. Feelgood (I forget his name) throughout the War. :Yeah, "Doctor" Theodor Morell had a rather "creative" view of medical treatment. I've never understood how he survived that--the bomb was basically at his feet, and the guys around him died but he didn't. --<font color="ForestGreen">David B</font> <small>(TALK)</small> 19:53, 21 January 2017 (EST)

::An thick oak abutment supporting the table deflected the bomb blast the other way. Tom Cruise's Operation Valkyrie is a fantastic movie about it, which is surprisingly, as movie's go, historically accurate. :::Interesting--that makes sense I suppose. I'll look up that movie when I get a chance. Thanks for the suggestion! --<font color="ForestGreen">David B</font> <small>(TALK)</small> 22:49, 21 January 2017 (EST)
